INDEPENDENT FUNDRAISER
We encourage ANYONE to become a fundraiser for Team Donate Life!
Pick your favorite event, whether a local community 5K Fun Run, Half or Full Marathon, Triathlon, Century Ride, or simply make up any event that YOU would
like to complete in order to raise awareness for organ donation and transplantation.
Once you have become a fundraiser, we will send you a password to the ‘members only’ area, where you will find additional downloads, information, statistics,
and templates for sending out letters to your friends and family.
It doesn’t cost anything to become a Fundraiser for Team Donate Life! Simply fill out the form below with some basic information about you and your event,
along with your fundraising goal. You will then have an opportunity to write a short note or narrative describing why you are becoming a Fundraiser for
TDL. Finally, we ask that you submit a picture of yourself that can be posted with your personal profile.
It’s that easy! Once you submit your information, it will automatically be uploaded to our website, and your name will be listed with all the other TDL
Fundraisers. From your profile, your friends and family will be able to donate on-line.
